Celebrating the release of their spanking-new cast recording, the cast of Shrek the Musical hosted a CD signing at Borders in the Time Warner Center on March 25. Taking their seats across one side of a long, narrow table, Brian d’Arcy James, Sutton Foster, Daniel Breaker and Christopher Sieber looked not unlike a Broadway version of The McLaughlin Group, or perhaps a fairytale version of The Breakfast Club. (“You see us as you want to see us: An ogre. A princess. A donkey. And a little person.”) Then they all grabbed hold of their Sharpies it was autograph time!
