About the Show

There's a new knight in Spamalot. Chris Hoch will assume the role of Lancelot in the hit musical comedy on Tuesday, October 3. Steve Kazee played his final performance on October 1.

Hoch, who is currently the standby for several of the leading roles in Spamalot, made his Broadway debut as Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, after appearing in the national tour of the show. He was also seen on Broadway as Arthur Holmwood in Dracula and has been seen in Encores! productions of Babes in Arms, Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 and A Connecticut Yankee. Regional credits include Private Fittings at La Jolla Playhouse, Picasso at the Lapin Agile at City Theatre, Candide at Prince Music Theater, The 1940s Radio Hour at Fullerton CLO and Caraboo at Goodspeed.

Spamalot continues to star Harry Groener as King Arthur, Lewis Cleale as Sir Galahad, Martin Moran as Sir Robin, Steve Rosen as Sir Bedevere, Michael McGrath as Patsy, Lauren Kennedy as Lady of the Lake and Christian Borle as Historian and Prince Herbert. Jonathan Hadary and Marin Mazzie join the cast on October 31 as King Arthur and Lady of the Lake, respectively.
