American Idol's Fantasia Barrino Gets a Broadway Bash at Spotlight Live
After the Sunday evening performance of The Color Purple on April 22, the Broadway community welcomed its new star, American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino, at a fabulous party at the new Times Square hotspot Spotlight Live at 1604 Broadway between 47th and 48th Streets. Along with her fellow castmates and creative and producing teams, Barrino boogied with Radio Golf's Tony-winning Tanya Pinkins, Legally Blonde helmer Jerry Mitchell, R&B legends Ashford and Simpson, The Apprentice finalist Kwame Jackson and Oprah's best friend Gayle King.
