About This Gallery

The stars of Wicked were honored to meet Meinhardt Raabe, one of the last living cast members of the MGM film The Wizard of Oz, backstage after the show on May 12. Raabe, who is 88 years old, played the coroner in the Munchkinland sequence of the legendary film and was thrilled to tell leads Kristin Chenoweth, Joel Grey and Idina Menzel about the differences between his Oz and theirs.
