About the Venue

The Marquis Theatre opened in 1986 and is currently Broadways newest legitimate theater. Located in the Marriott Marquis Hotel, it is also the only such theater to exist completely within a hotel.


At 1,611 seats, it is one of Broadways larger venues. Some of the shows that have played the Marquis Theatre include Me and My Girl, Gypsy, Victor/Victoria, Annie Get Your Gun, and Thoroughly Modern Millie.

One full bar located on the Orchestra level and one bar located on the Mezzanine.

Entrance is accessible via the thru-way between West 45th and 46th St. Theater entrance is on the third level accessible via elevator.
