It was an old-school extravaganza on opening night of Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs, which is making a welcome return to Broadway 26 years after its original production. With a fantastic cast under the direction of super-hot Chicago native David Cromer, the revival of this heartfelt family saga (soon to be joined in rep by Broadway Bound) opened at the Nederlander Theatre on October 25. After the performance, the starry crowd headed uptown to Tavern on the Green to party the night away. And as always, Broadway.com was there to capture all the excitement.
