Once upon a time, Linda Lavin and Sarah Paulson opened on Broadway in Collected Stories. Actually, they opened on April 28 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, where Manhattan Theatre Club is presenting the Broadway bow of Donald Margulies’ drama about a famous fiction writer and her protégée.
