Curtain Up! Light the Disco Balls! Mamma Mia! Adds Glitz to Theater Marquee

To kick off Mamma Mia!’s 10th anniversary year on Broadway, the hit musical tapped brand new leading lady Lisa Brescia and her co-stars to christen a shiny addition to the marquee at the Winter Garden Theatre: a pair of illuminated disco balls! On October 22, Brescia was joined by long-running “Dynamos” Judy McLane and Gina Ferrall and the show’s other principal actors to flip the switch on the theater’s ABBA-tastic new decorations. Broadway.com boogied up to Broadway and 50th Street to celebrate with Brescia (who gave her first performance as Donna Sheridan that night) and the rest of the cast.
