Sneak a Peek at Sons of the Prophet’s Joanna Gleason, Santino Fontana & More

Tony winner Joanna Gleason and Broadway favorite Santino Fontana are getting ready to lead Stephen Karam’s family drama Sons of the Prophet, which has set up shop at off-Broadway’s Laura Pels Theatre. Fontana stars as Joseph Douaihy, a young man with unexplained chronic pain and the fate of his family on his shoulders, who takes a job with kooky former book editor Gloria (Gleason). Through everything, Douaihy’s Lebanese family in Pennsylvania never loses their sense of humor as they struggle with crazy bosses, medical mysteries and other issues.
