This new play by Stephen Karam follows Joseph Douaihy, a young man with unexplained chronic pain and the fate of his family on his shoulders, who takes a job with a kooky former book editor in order to get health insurance. Through tragedy after tragedy, Douaihy’s Lebanese family in working class Pennsylvania never loses their sense of humor as they struggle with crazy bosses, medical mysteries and other issues.
