Kirstie Alley Gets a Disco Lesson from Priscilla Star Nick Adams

A year ago, Kirstie Alley underwent a stunning personal transformation on the road to a second-place finish on Dancing With the Stars. Now the 61-year-old actress is beginning a new fitness project in which she vows to dance 30 minutes a day for 100 consecutive days (follow her at www.100daysofdance.com). On January 24, Alley enjoyed a tutoring session with Nick Adams, the super-fit star who launched Broadway.com’s Body By Broadway video series. Backstage at the Palace Theatre, the Priscilla Queen of the Desert leading man taught Alley the show-stopping Act One Charleston set to the disco anthem “I Will Survive.” After her lesson, the actress watched Broadway’s best perform the real number, then returned backstage to pose with Adams and his co-stars.
