Two weeks after the Tony Awards ceremony, big winners Newsies and Once continued to attract sellout audiences. Once broke the million-dollar mark for the first time with $1,008,136 in receipts, just missing the frontrunners' list. Wicked continued to reign supreme with a whopping $2,038,405 in ticket sales for the week, while The Book of Mormon led the pack with 102.63% capacity. (Also playing at capacity: newcomer Harvey, starring Jim Parsons.) Meanwhile, Broadway said goodbye to Priscilla: Queen of the Desert and Godspell, which experienced bumps in capacity and sales during their final week of performances.
