Kathie Lee Gifford and the Cast of Scandalous Save Some Souls and Meet the Press

Kathie Lee Gifford was all smiles at a press meet and greet for her new Broadway musical Scandalous: The Life and Trials of Aimee Semple McPherson, which begins performances on October 13 at the Neil Simon Theatre. There was no sign of scandal, though, when Gifford—who wrote the book and lyrics in collaboration with composers David Pomeranz and David Friedman—introduced the gospel-energized cast (led by two-time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello) and creative team at Ripley-Grier Studios on September 5.
