It may still be fall, but things are beginning to look a lot like Christmas on Broadway. Tickets for the upcoming holiday musical Elf are now on sale! Performances for the yuletide tuner begin November 9 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
Based on the popular 2003 movie of the same name, the musical follows Buddy, a human orphan raised by Santa Claus at the North Pole, who believes he is a Christmas elf. When Buddy learns the identity of his true parents, he sets out to New York City to find his birth father. The holiday engagement marks the show's return to Broadway after its initial run in 2010.
As previously reported, the musical will star Wayne Kinght as Santa, Tony winner Beth Leavel, Mark Jacoby and Valerie Wright. Elf's limited run concludes January 6, 2013, so book tickets for the perfect holiday outing today!
