Oscar frontrunner Anne Hathaway added another prize to her collection for her performance as Fantine in Les Misérables: A SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. In a ceremony televised on January 27, Hathaway was the only winner from Les Miz, which was also nominated for Outstanding Cast (losing to the cast of Argo) and Outstanding Lead Actor (Hugh Jackman, who lost to Daniel Day-Lewis for Lincoln).
Broadway vet Claire Danes took home the prize for Outstanding Female Actor in a Drama Series for Homeland, and Broadway-bound star Alec Baldwin won for his lead performance in the sitcom 30 Rock. The ensemble acting awards for TV series went to Downton Abbey and Modern Family.
The SAG Awards are voted on by more than 100,000 members of SAG-AFTRA.
