X Factor Stand-Out Carly Rose Sonenclar on Returning to Her Broadway Roots

Before she wowed America and landed in second place on TV singing competition The X Factor, 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar honed her belting chops in Broadway musicals like Les Miserables and Wonderland. When the talented teen hit the red carpet at Cinderella's recent opening, Broadway.com had to know if she plans to bring her powerful pipes back home to the Great White Way.

“Maybe,” Sonenclar teased. “When I’m a little bit older. This is where I started!”

Well Carly, whenever you’re ready to come back, Broadway would love to have you! Though, we imagine her recent recording contract with Simon Cowell’s Syco Music may delay her theatrical return a bit.
