The Public Theater’s spring season continues to heat up with the latest production, the world premiere of writer/director Richard Foreman’s Old-Fashioned Prostitutes (A True Romance), which opens on May 7 and runs through June 2. The show stars Alenka Kraigher, Stephanie Hayes, Nicolas Norena, Rocco Sisto and David Skeist in an “enigmatic fairy tale in which Suzie, the elusive coquette, brings Samuel to his knees—from where he worships a life he only half understands.” This expressionistic chamber-play is certainly one to remember, and you can get your first look at the innovative new show with our gallery of production shots.
