A whopping 10 musicals grossed more than $1 million this week, with The Lion King leading the pack with over $2 million in ticket sales. Hit musicals Newsies, Kinky Boots, Madilda and Pippin packed the houses with over 100% capacity, with The Book of Mormon taking the lead.
