Arcelus, Patrick Page, Tonya Pinkins, John Douglas Thompson, Fred Dalton Thompson and more stars assembled at the Heath at the McKittrick Hotel to pose for photos with director Ethan McSweeny and playwright Rupert Holmes, who adapted John Grisham’s bestselling courtroom novel for the stage. Set in Ford County, Mississippi, A Time to Kill tells the story of Jake Brigance (Arcelus), an idealistic lawyer who defends a black man, Carl Lee Hailey (John Douglas Thompson), for taking the law into his own hands when an unspeakable crime is committed against his daughter.
