The Commons of Pensacola, a new play by actress Amanda Peet, opened on November 21 at MTC's New York City Center Stage 1. The family drama focuses on a woman who has been forced to leave her luxurious New York life for a one-bedroom condo in Pensacola, Florida. When her daughter pays her a visit, everyones motives are called into question. After the performance, stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Blythe Danner, Zoe Levin, Ali Marsh and Michael Stahl-David celebrated their opening with director Lynne Meadow.
