Watch The Wiz Live! Stars Shanice Williams & Stephanie Mills Out-Dorothy Each Other While Singing "Home"

The Wiz Live! is less than a month away, and after watching this clip, it’s clear that these two stars’ talents are real, real, reeeaaaallll to us. Newcomer Shanice Williams will star as Dorothy in the December 3 NBC telecast, and the show’s original headliner Stephanie Mills returns to the musical as Aunt Em. While taking a break from rehearsals, the pair dueted on the show-stopping anthem “Home.” In addition to the myriad high-power belting, listen out for Mills’ “sing, Shanice!” in the first minute. We suspect we will be shouting the very same at our TV screens in a few weeks.
