Off-Broadway's McReele Opens with Fanfare
Stephen Belber's McReele, which chronicles the exoneration and rise to political power of inmate Darius McReele, played by Anthony Mackie. After the opening night performance of the high-minded drama, the five-member cast, director Doug Hughes, the playwright and the rest of the company headed to the Millenium Hotel to hobnob with a starry crowd of well-wishers.
