Story

What Is the Story of Italian Bred?
A vibrant one-woman show by Candice Guardino, Italian Bred tells stories of the actress’ Staten Island childhood, growing up with her wacky Italian-American family. From her tough-as-meatballs grandma to her wannabe Valley Girl sister, Guardino switches from one impression to the next, taking the audience on a wild ride from grade school to college. Whether she’s learning to drive, confessing her sins at church or getting ready for the prom, Guardino’s outspoken family most definitely has something to say about it.
