About the Show
A tightknit military family. A pair of happy lovebirds. A handsome stranger causing all sorts of problems. It's all part of Atlantic Theater Company's new play Oohrah!, which marks the off-Broadway debut of playwright Bekah Brunstetter. The show, directed by Evan Cabnet and starring Cassie Beck, Sami Gayle, Darren Goldstein, J.R. Horne, Jennifer Mudge, Lucas Near-Verbrugghe and Maximilian Osinski had its big premiere on September 10, signaling the start of Atlantic's 2009-2010 season. Oohrah, about life back on American turf following the return of one woman's soldier husband, plays at Atlantic's Stage 2 through September 27.
