A leading man that always delivers, a Hollywood starlet making her stage debut and a riveting Arthur Miller script that dares to go there? We are so looking forward to A View from the Bridge! Having successfully heated up Broadway with the unforgettable pairing of Alec Baldwin and Jessica Lange in A Streetcar Named Desire back in 1992, director Gregory Mosher now sets his sights on headliners Liev Schreiber and Scarlett Johansson, who will play out Miller's tale of forbidden lust between a Brooklyn longshoreman and his teenage niece. Joining the stars at a meet-the-press event at etcetera etcetera restaurant on December 9 were Jessica Hech (who plays Schreiber's long-suffering wife), Santino Fontana (cast as a just-arrived Italian immigrant who falls for Johansson), Corey Stall and Michael Cristofer. Performers kick off on December 28 at the Cort Theatre. We are so there.
