Yes, we know that the Broadway revival of Terrence McNally’s Lips Together, Teeth Apart has been scrapped due to the sudden departure of Megan Mullally, but let’s harken back to a simpler time, shall we? It was a time—just last week—when the four-member cast (comprised of Mullally, Lili Taylor, Patton Oswalt and David Wilson Barnes) were still gainfully employed by the Roundabout Theatre Company and looking forward to bringing the comedy, directed by Joe Mantello, to the American Airlines Theatre.
