It didn't take long for the new Naked Angels production This Wide Night to turn some heads. First, news came that two of the stage's best (Emmy Award winner Edie Falco of TV's Nurse Jackie and Tony Award nominee Alison Pill) would pair for the New York debut of the Chloe Moss play. Then a spread of positive reviews hit the stands following the show's May 16 opening at the Peter Jay Sharp Theater, leading to news that the new drama would extend its run through June. Broadway.com talked to the fierce quartet of women behind the show, including director Anne Kauffman, to get a better understanding of this intruiging new piece, which brings together two former prison inmates after their time behind bars.
