Watch the Chilling Trailer for London's Deathtrap, Starring Jonathan Groff!

As if we needed an excuse to cross the pond, we’ve just seen the official trailer for the forthcoming London revival of Ira Levin’s Deathtrap starring Simon Russell Beale, Estelle Parsons and Broadway’s own Jonathan Groff. A smash hit on Broadway back in 1978, this thriller by the author of Rosemary’s Baby centers on a star playwright suffering from writers’ block who plans to steal the work of a talented newcomer. Actually, it’s about a lot more than that, but we don’t believe in spoilers! Anyway, click on to watch Beale, Claire Skinner (as his wife) and the always adorable Groff set the scene for chills and thrills. Deathtrap begins performances on August 21 at the Noel Coward Theatre, directed by Tony winner Matthew Warchus.
