People magazine is getting ready to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its "Sexiest Man Alive" issue, a perennially popular feature that began in 1985 with Mel Gibson on the cover. Since then, the mag has passed the title to several Broadway veterans, including Tony winners Denzel Washington and Hugh Jackman, Tony nominee Jude Law and Chicago vet Harry Hamlin. That got us thinking about the actors currently exuding sex appeal on Broadway stages eight times a week. From presidents (Benjamin Walker in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson) to rock stars (Levi Kreis in Million Dollar Quarter) to soldiers (Stark Sands in American Idiot) and masked men (Hugh Panaro in The Phantom of the Opera), there's a hunky Broadway star for all tastes.
