Margaret Edson’s 1999 Pulitzer prize-winning play Wit has made it to Broadway, starring Tony winner Cynthia Nixon as a strong-willed English professor facing Stage IV ovarian cancer. Directed by Manhattan Theatre Club artistic director Lynne Meadow, the play opened on January 26 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.
