Matt Bomer will play Cooper Anderson on 'Glee.'
The Glee writers have thought up quite the clever character name for upcoming guest star Matt Bomer. The White Collar star will play Cooper Anderson, the older brother of Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss), according to E! Online. The playful name should be familiar to Criss, as famed TV personality Anderson Cooper provided narrative voiceovers for the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, in which Criss recently made his Broadway debut.
The Glee episode featuring Bomer will include a flashback to Criss and Bomer’s characters as children. Casting for the kiddie versions of Blaine and Cooper is currently underway. The duo is also expected to perform mash-up of Duran Duran hits.
Glee airs Tuesdays on FOX.
