For a quarter of a century, the music, mayhem and mystery of The Phantom of the Opera has delighted Broadway audiences night after night. Andrew Lloyd Webber’s classic musical, featuring lyrics by Charles Hart and Richard Stilgoe, opened on January 26, 1988 and officially became the longest-running show in Broadway history in 2006.
