Dan Fogler will return to the screen in 'Scenic Route.'

Tony Award winner Dan Fogler is set to star in the big screen road trip comedy Scenic Route, according to Deadline.com. Directed by Kevin and Michael Goetz and written by Kyle Killen, the film will also star Josh Duhamel.

Scenic Route follows two former college pals who get stranded in the desert during a road trip. With no rescue in sight, the friends begin to tear each other apart emotionally and physically as they come to grips with the possibility that the end is possibly near.

Fogler is a Tony winner for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. His film credits include Take Me Home Tonight, Mars Needs Moms, Balls Of Fury and Taking Woodstock.
