The sketch comedy musical Rated P For Parenthood will play its final performance on April 8 at off-Broadway's Westside Theatre. Starring Courtney Balan, Chris Hoch, David Josefsberg and Joanna Young, Rated P For Parenthood features a book by Sandy Rustin, and music by Rustin, Dan Lipton and David Rossmer. Jeremy Dobrish serves as director. The production began previews February 8 and opened February 29.
Rated P For Parenthood explores the ups and downs of parenthood, from conception to college, in a variety of songs and vignettes. From the humoring to the touching to the outright zany, Rated P For Parenthood touches on the moments that make having a child so wonderful.
The creative team of Rated P For Parenthood includes scenic designer Steven Capone, choreographer Rachel Bress, costume designer Emily DeAngelis, sound designers Jill BC DuBois and David Sanderson and lighting designer Michael Gottleib.
