Pop legend Huey Lewis is the latest celebrity to take in the sights and sounds of Priscilla Queen of the Desert on Broadway. Lewis gained notoriety in the 1980s for his hit songs “The Power of Love,” “Heart and Soul” and “Hip to Be Square” and went on to play Billy Flynn in the Broadway production of Chicago. On May 4, Lewis experienced the power of Priscilla, and when the curtain came down, he went backstage to pose for photos with the show’s stars.
