Original [title of show] Cast Planning West End Reunion in 2013

'[title of show]' will play the West End.

The musical [title of show] is eyeing a West End production in 2013 featuring the show's original Broadway cast (Jeff Bowen, Hunter Bell, Susan Blackwell and Heidi Blickenstaff) and director (Michael Berresse). No exact dates or venue have been announced at this time.

“Whilst our persistence to use this cast and director has made it difficult to open as soon as we might have liked, it's that integrity that means we now have the thrilling opportunity to reunite these incredible creative minds, and ensure that [title of show] in London is the most authentic, resonant, and high-quality production it can be,” said producer Oliver Southgate in a statement. “West End audiences will certainly be rewarded for their patience."

Written by Bowen and Bell, [title of show] takes a unique and comical look at the artistic process as two struggling writers and two struggling actresses take on the seemingly impossible task of creating a new musical about creating a new musical.

The musical debuted in 2004 at the New York Musical Theatre Festival. An off-Broadway run followed in 2006 at the Vineyard Theatre. The musical then transferred to Broadway’s Lyceum Theatre, opening on July 17, 2008. The show earned Hunter Bell a 2009 Tony nomination for Best Book.
