Sharp-tongued political comedian Lewis Black always has a lot to say when you give him a microphone—and his Broadway show is no exception. Black’s solo show Lewis Black: Running on Empty began an eight-performance run at Broadway’s Richard Rodgers Theatre on October 9, and after skewering both sides of the aisle, the politically charged pundit got a hefty dose of support from his friends on opening night.
