More than 1,000 theater students from 15 New York City schools got a special treat on December 5, when they filled Broadway’s Brooks Atkinson Theatre for a special matinee performance of Peter and the Starcatcher. The kids, their teachers and NYC Department of Education officials were greeted by stars Celia Keenan-Bolger, Adam Chanler-Berat and Matthew Saldivar and co-director Roger Rees, who also took part in a talk-back after the show. If you haven’t seen this imaginative origin story of the Boy Who Never Grew Up, get tickets now before Peter flies away on January 20, 2013!
