Date Set for Broadway Backwards Benefit at the Palace Theatre
'Broadway Backwards' is set for March 18 at the Palace Theatre.

The eighth annual edition of Broadway Backwards will be held March 18 at Broadway’s Palace Theatre. Creator Robert Bartley is set to direct and choreograph the evening, which features performers singing tunes typically sung by their opposite gender. Amy Jones will serve as co-choreographer for the event, which benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender Community Center. No performers have been announced at this time.

The 2012 edition of Broadway Backwards featured performances by Andrew Rannells, Betty Buckley, Robin De Jesus and Mario Cantone. The event raised a record-breaking $329,000.
