If you thought Yankees First Baseman Mark Teixeira was skilled on the field, you should see him rock out onstage! Teixeira made his Broadway debut on January 29 in the ‘80s jukebox hit Rock of Ages alongside show stars Justin Matthew Sargent as Drew and Kate Rockwell as Sherrie. Teixeira made a special one-night-only cameo as Mark, a bartender at the musical’s fictional L.A. hotspot, the Bourbon Room. Teixeira, who is a huge fan of both Broadway and ‘80s rock music, had a blast performing onstage at the Helen Hayes Theatre.
