Magical! Fantastical! Emotional! These are just a few of the words five-time Tony-winning director Susan Stroman uses to describe the Broadway-bound musical Big Fish. "This story is about how storytellers never die," she said at a presentation of material from the show. A top-notch team of storytellers—including Stroman, writer John August, composer Andrew Lippa, Tony winner Norbert Leo Butz and Tony nominee Kate Baldwin—have come together for this larger-than-life musical adaptation of the acclaimed novel and subsequent Tim Burton film. The much-anticipated musical about a charismatic storyteller doesn't swim to Broadway's Neil Simon Theatre until this fall, but you can check out Butz and Baldwin perform the touching number "Time Stops" in the video below!
