It’s time for another round of Gotta Dance!: This month, Broadway.com is shining the spotlight on Motown the Musical standout Jamal Story, a fantastic dancer who’s tearing up the stage as a Contour in the adrenaline-pumping musical. Though he never set out to be a dancer (“I was going to be an astronomer!”), Story fell for the Broadway community after dancing on tour with Madonna and Cher. Click through the gallery below and find out how Story went from ballet to Broadway—and how his abs helped him get a job along the way!

Watch the video and get to know Jamal Story’s story, from the gym to the stage!
