Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart are trapped in limbo in Harold Pinter’s eerie play No Man’s Land, and we’ve got a mysterious first look of the two stars in action. Directed by Sean Mathias, McKellen and Stewart are also teaming up to bring Waiting For Godot to the Broadway stage, both playing in repertory at the Cort Theatre. No Man’s Land tells the darkly funny story of Spooner, a man who visits the lavish home of Hirst after meeting him in a London pub. But when two of Hirst’s attendants (played by Shuler Hensley and Billy Crudup) expose the real relationship between the two men, the drama takes a strange twist.
