Here's a quick roundup of stories you may have missed today.

Mandy Patinkin Could be Broadway Bound
This is interesting. The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has announced that owing to a “schedule conflict resulting from participation in an upcoming Broadway production, Mandy Patinkin has withdrawn his engagement with the Orchestra, slated for January 22.” Seinfeld’s Jason Alexander will be taking over for the Tony winner, but here’s the thing: Patinkin isn’t currently announced for any upcoming Great White Way shows. The next time the Homeland star is scheduled to tread the boards is in May 2015 at A.R.T. in The Last Two People on Earth: An Apocalyptic Vaudeville. Watch this space.
