Alan Cumming will take his final bow as Cabaret’s Emcee when the revival closes on March 29, but he’s had quite a stay at the Kit Kat Klub. He reaches the “end of an era,” he explained to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, after playing the pansexual ringleader in every decade of his adulthood (Cumming first played the role in his 20s, and he recently turned 50).
