Tony Winner Annaleigh Ashford Will Ring in the New Year at Feinstein's/54 Below

A magical Tony winner is riding her sparkling rainbow over to Feinstein's/54 Below, just in time to ring in the New Year! Broadway.com Audience Choice Award winner Annaleigh Ashford will headline this year’s New Year’s Eve celebration at the swanky hotspot, featuring a two-course dinner and dance party.

Ashford, is playing the role of the title pooch in Sylvia beginning October 2, will reprise a few performances from her previous 54 Below act, Lost In the Stars, which she later took on the road with music director Will Van Dyke. The two will also debut some new tunes and covers and show off some “sort-of impressive” magic tricks, according to press materials.

The human bonbon won a Tony earlier this year for her performance as Essie in You Can’t Take It With You. She was nominated in 2013 for Kinky Boots and has also appeared on Broadway in Hair, Wicked and Legally Blonde. Her screen credits include Masters of Sex, Top Five and Smash.
