The Broadway revival of the 1954 musical The Pajama Game opened at the American Airlines Theatre last week with a bang. Possibly owing to the amount of complimentary tickets given to press and other industry folk around and on opening night, the show was down from its gross the previous week by $91,642 to come in at $301,859. However, the revival, blessed with recording star Harry Connick, Jr. and Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara as its leading pair, received mostly positive reviews and should certainly be on the upswing this week.
Here is a look at who was on top and who was not for the week ending February 26:
1. Spamalot 101.28%
2. The Odd Couple 100.96%
3. The Lion King 100.08%
4. Wicked 100%
5. Mamma Mia! 99.99%
