A Roaring Celebration for Another Lion King Milestone

Eight shows a week can add up after a while. Ask the folks at Broadway’s long-running hit The Lion King. The show celebrated a whopping 5000 performances on November 5 with a joyful party at Bond 45. The festivities included many toasts and hugs as the current cast greeted members from previous companies, including the original cast. The cake, of course, was as impressive as the occasion.
