Since making her West End debut in Hair in 1968, English stage legend Elaine Paige has originated iconic roles like Grizabella in Cats and the title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita, for which she won an Olivier Award. Other West End credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease, Chess, Anything Goes, The King and I, The Drowsy Chaperone. She starred in Sunset Boulevard on both the West End and Broadway, and will return to Broadway in the 2011 revival of Follies.
