Claim to fame

Jim Dale made his Broadway debut in Scapino and won a Tony Award for his portrayal of P.T. Barnum in the 1980 musical Barnum. Other Broadway credits include the 1977 revival of Candide and 2012 revival of Athol Fugard's The Road to Mecca. Young fans know Dale best as the voice of the Harry Potter audio book series.
